Marcus Dudley is a skilled and talented organizational consultant who has consulting with, designed and facilitated training and development programs for numerous US companies including: Sprint, American Express, H&R Block, American Eagle Outfitters, Frito Lays, Michelin Tire Group, TD Ameritrade, Hallmark, Cerner, Sprint, Teva Neuroscience, Cardinal Health, Bayer Crop Science, Lilly, Deliotte, PricewaterhouseCooper, Hills Pet Nutrition, Sodexho, Kiewit, the University of Kansas Medical Center, Children’s Mercy Hospital, the US Court System, and the US Environmental Protection Agency.
Marcus earned a BA in Social Science from Chapman University, an MLA in Organizational Leadership and Management, with an emphasis in Conflict Management and Dispute Resolution, from Baker University, and he is currently working on his PhD in Human & Organizational Systems, at Fielding Graduate University. Marcus is a veteran of the US Air Force and previously served in a variety of leadership roles within the pharmaceutical & biotech industry before founding TeamSynergy LLC in 2005 & Marcus Dudley ODC in 2010. In addition to his work as a business owner and consultant, Marcus enjoys teaching, at both Friends University & Baker University, and spending as much time as possible with his wife, Dawn, and their three children.
